Grape Variety : Cabernet Franc 100%
The 2021 Amphora Cabernet Franc represents the second vintage of this pure varietal amphora wine, continuing the project initiated the previous year. After 18 days of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked off the skins and transferred to full amphorae for spontaneous malolactic fermentation under sealed conditions. In early spring 2022, it was racked and stored in the cellar. Following natural settling, a final racking occurred in August 2022 before bottling without fining but with coarse filtration.
