Ningxia Origin Vineyard is located in Yinchuan, Ningxia. Our estate features old-vine vineyards established over twenty years ago from vine cuttings imported from France and propagated locally.
To secure the highest quality fruit, we meticulously hand-selected 200 mu (approximately 13 hectares) from over a thousand mu of vineyards. Guided by our philosophy of minimal human intervention, respect for nature, and harmonious coexistence with all living things, we cultivate our vineyards using natural farming principles.
By blending traditional wisdom with modern facilities and technical expertise, we craft certified organic and natural wines that express the pure character of our terroir.
Reisa founded Origin Vineyard in 2015 and earned her WSET Diploma (Level 4) in 2018. She is currently a candidate for the prestigious Master of Wine (MW) title. Reisa also holds a Master's degree in Global Finance from a joint program between New York University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Professionally, she serves as General Manager of a U.S.-based investment firm specializing in real estate and biotechnology ventures in California.
As a dedicated wine professional, Reisa has traveled extensively to major wine regions worldwide, engaging with leading authorities in the field. This journey shaped her distinctive philosophy of winemaking notes: sustainable viticulture and oenology should emphasize minimal human intervention. She integrates this ethos into every aspect of Origin Vineyard's cultivation and production processes, crafting premium natural wines.
Beyond wine, Reisa is an avid outdoor and extreme sports enthusiast. She pursues alpine skiing, deep-sea diving, and has completed the Antarctic Ice Marathon. Her mountaineering achievements include summiting peaks like Aconcagua. This profound connection with nature deepens her commitment to respecting the environment and pursuing harmony between all living things.
