Grape Variety : Riesling 100%
Our estate experienced severe frost in 2022. Fortunately, the Riesling was largely unaffected. The cool growing season resulted in grapes with excellent acidity. Whole clusters underwent fractional pneumatic pressing. After settling and racking in tank, selected yeast was added to initiate alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation lasted 15 days before the wine was separated from the lees for storage. Bottling occurred in June 2023 following fining, stabilization, and filtration.
